One more clinic put their trust in us, and almost every conversation these weeks ended on the same question: what is the agent doing? This issue answers with what has shipped and what is coming.
One more clinic is onboarding
One more clinic put their trust in us, and we are starting their onboarding.
They asked us for two things: not to share their name, and not to share their baseline metrics. So the information here is anonymized.
That is not an exception. It is the same deal every clinic working with intake gets: what happens in your clinic stays in your clinic.
You asked for an app. It ships with the agent.
Many clinics helped us improve the experience these weeks. And one thing came up in almost every conversation: they want to see what the agent does.
So the dashboard is not sold separately: it comes in the same package as the agent. On one screen:
- The day's numbers.
- Each patient's history.
- Appointments and deposits.
- The full conversations.
It arrives next Monday, September 14.
The agent processes payments alone, no clinic confirmation
Today the agent asks for the deposit. Then someone at the clinic confirms it arrived.
Clinics asked to be taken out of that step. So the agent will charge and confirm the payment directly with the bank, without asking anyone. End to end.
It arrives next Monday, September 14.
The agent tells the curious from real patients
Not everyone who writes in wants surgery. Some are just browsing. Others really want it and need convincing.
This week a feature ships that tells the two apart: it profiles each person from the first message.
The result: the agent spends its effort, and the clinic's time, on the ones who will actually reach a consultation.
An agent that sells beauty products
Several clinics asked for the same thing: an agent that handles product sales, inventory and orders.
We are building it. The date is still to be set, and we will announce it here when there is one.
See you next week.
