One clinic is already showing results from its first weeks with the agent, and agreed to let us share them. Also, patients now see that someone is typing, we explain how payments work, and in mid-October we open spots for new clinics.
One clinic is already showing results
One of the clinics working with intake agreed to let us share its results, anonymously. We compared its first weeks with the agent against its starting point, before it began with us:
- New patients answered within the first hour: +194%.
- Replies within the first hour at night and on Sundays: +69%.
- Monthly sales: +135%.
- Time waiting for a reply: −95%.
The same number of patients are writing in as before. What changed is that each one now gets an answer within minutes, and the agent walks them through to the appointment. These are the first weeks; we will measure again in October and share it here.
Patients see that someone is typing
Before, there were a few seconds of silence between the patient's message and the reply. On WhatsApp, those seconds feel long.
Now the patient sees their message marked as read and, while the agent prepares the reply, "typing…" appears. It is the same thing they see when a person answers.
When the clinic steps in, the agent steps aside
If someone from the clinic replies to a patient, the agent stops writing in that conversation. It now works the same from the phone as from the computer.
The patient talks to one voice, and the clinic decides when to take over the conversation.
How payments work with the agent
Many clinics asked us how payment is handled, so we explain it here.
We work with Mercado Pago, on the clinic's own account: the money goes straight to the clinic and never passes through us. The agent sends the payment link with the price the clinic set, Mercado Pago confirms the payment, and the appointment is booked on its own, without anyone at the clinic having to check a receipt.
We turn it on with each clinic during its onboarding.
Every morning we review all of the previous day's conversations
Every day, first thing, each conversation with patients is reviewed: whether the patient got an answer, whether their questions were handled well, whether a payment or an appointment was left pending.
If something went wrong, our team knows that same morning and fixes it before it happens again.
The clinic's products, in the dashboard
In issue #1 we said several clinics had asked for help selling products. The first step is ready for testing: the product inventory in the dashboard and a sales register at reception. Pick the patient, add products and services, the stock goes down on its own and the day's total adds up.
In mid-October we open spots for new clinics
In issue #2 we said we would not take on new clinics until October, to give the first group all of our time.
That group is up and running. In mid-October we open spots for a new group of clinics. If you are interested, or know a colleague who wants to start, write to us.
See you next week.
