We closed our first group of clinics: we are onboarding each one, and this week we start with the last. Meanwhile, the dashboard is live, the agent sounds more like someone from the clinic, and we fixed an issue that left some patients without a reply.
We closed the first group of clinics
The first group of clinics working with intake is full. We are onboarding each one, closely and at their own pace, and this week we start with the last.
We know several clinics wanted to start with us. We will not take on new clinics until October: this group needs all of our time.
Still, if you have questions, write to us. We are happy to answer them here or on a call.
The dashboard is live
In issue #1 we said the dashboard would arrive on Monday the 14th. It is here, in the browser and on the phone:
- The schedule: book, move and cancel appointments, block time and edit each doctor's hours.
- The team: everyone at the clinic signs in with their own access.
- Each patient's history and their full conversations.
- The assistant: you decide who it may write to, and which numbers it must never contact.
And something that was not on the list: clinical photos. The doctor takes or uploads photos from the patient's record and compares two sessions of the same treatment at the same angle. The earlier photo shows on screen as a guide to repeat the shot. Photos are stored private and encrypted, and are only visible from the dashboard.
The agent sounds more like someone from the clinic
This week we worked on a single question: at what moment does a patient realize they are not writing to a person?
It is almost always in the details. The polite closing nobody uses at a front desk, the filler that sounds like a form, the line learned from a manual. We compared the agent's replies with the way someone from the clinic actually writes, and closed that distance.
The agent now writes shorter and more directly. The conversation runs from start to finish without that moment where the patient catches on.
Patients with a WhatsApp username now get an answer
We found a bug this week. When someone writes from WhatsApp with a username and their number hidden, their message never reached the agent. It went unanswered, and nobody at the clinic knew.
It is fixed. Those messages are answered like any other and show up in the dashboard with the rest.
See you next week.
